Specifications, capacities and finishes are indicative. The specification confirmed in your proforma invoice or contract governs the order. Colours may differ slightly between production batches.
4. Quotations
Prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and exclude freight, insurance and duties unless expressly included.
5. Intellectual property in custom work
Moulds, tooling and artwork developed for a customer remain subject to the terms agreed in the relevant contract.
6. Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Langfang, Hebei.
